Return & Exchange Policy
Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the product, multiple products weigh more so the cost of shipping increases.

We only ship within Australia.

Our Standard Shipping method is by AUSPost, typically delivery takes between 3-5 days. If you are in a more remote location your delivery may take longer, we have no control over this.

Our Express Shipping option if by AUSPost and typically takes one day for delivery. If you are in a more remote location your delivery may take longer, we have no control over this.
If there are defects with a purchased item we can accept returns as the products are covered by manufacturers Warranty. Items covered by Warranty claims will either be repaired OR replaced. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise you (customer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items, unless DOA (dead on arrival).
We reserve the right to refuse returns because you changed your mind, however, please contact us so we can see what options may be possible.
