EPK Solutions and its employees are not responsible for how you choose to use your radio. It is solely your (customer) responsibility to ensure that you are using the radio and the frequencies it transmits/receives on in accordance with all laws.

• Some radios may operate on frequencies that require you to have an Australian Amateur Radio license, operating on these frequencies without a license is illegal. If you are interested in getting licensed please go to the WIA website, click-here
   

• Some radios may also operate on frequencies outside those available to Amateur Radio licensed users and Citizen Band (CB) users, use of the radio on these frequencies may be illegal
   

• EPK Solutions does not and will not alter the programming or modify the hardware of manufactured equipment
